These terms govern the use of the Intact iPhone app. By installing or using the app, you accept them.

Intact helps you stick to a period of no contact after a breakup: a day counter, a flow to follow when the urge to text comes back (breathe, write a message without sending it, reread your reasons) and a record of your urges over time.
Intact is a personal support tool. It is not a medical device, not therapy and not an emergency service, and its content does not replace the advice of a health professional.
If you are in distress or thinking about harming yourself, in France call 3114 (free, 24/7) or 112; in the United States or Canada call or text 988 (free, 24/7) or call 911. Elsewhere, contact your local emergency services. The helplines shown in the app are third-party services, listed for information.
The app is for people aged 16 and over. It works without an account: you do not provide an e-mail address or a password. It requires an iPhone compatible with the version published on the App Store.
Purchases go through the App Store. Apple collects the payment and handles refund requests, including the right of withdrawal where it applies. You can file a request at reportaproblem.apple.com. We cannot refund an App Store purchase ourselves, but we are happy to help you with the request.
What you enter in Intact (dates, reasons, unsent messages, urges) is stored on your iPhone. We have no access to it and cannot restore it: if you delete the app or lose your device without a backup, this content is lost. Details are in the privacy policy.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the app for your private use. You agree not to copy, modify, decompile or resell it, and not to bypass its subscription system.
The app, its name, its icon, its texts and its code belong to La Meute Digitale. Apple, iPhone and App Store are trademarks of Apple Inc.
The app may change: features can be added, modified or removed. We do our best to keep it available and free of errors, without being able to guarantee it at all times.
Intact is an aid, not a guarantee of results: the decisions you make, including whether or not to get back in touch, remain yours. To the extent permitted by law, La Meute Digitale cannot be held liable for indirect damages related to the use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have as a consumer, including the legal guarantee of conformity where it applies.
These terms are between you and La Meute Digitale, not with Apple. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content, and has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for it.
These terms may be updated. The date at the top of the page shows the version in force. If you keep using the app after an update, you accept the new version.
These terms are governed by French law. If you live in another country, you keep the protection of that country's mandatory rules. If something goes wrong, write to us first: most problems are solved by a simple exchange. Failing an amicable agreement, the competent courts are those designated by law.
