This policy describes the data processed when you use the Intact iPhone app.
No account. No name, no e-mail address, no password.
What you write stays on your iPhone. We have no access to it.
No ads, no trackers. Nothing you do in the app is tracked.
Only two things leave your phone, never what you write: the subscription check, and your trial start date, kept in your own iCloud storage.

The following information is stored in the app, on your device. It is not sent to us.
If your iPhone backup is turned on (iCloud or computer), this information may be part of it. That backup is managed by Apple, according to your account settings.
If you are signed in to iCloud, your trial start date is also saved there, so that reinstalling the app does not restart the trial. It contains nothing of what you write. That storage is yours, managed by Apple: we have no access to it. This date stays there after you delete the app.

This check happens each time the app is opened, including during the trial and without a purchase. This data does not carry your name and is never matched with what you write in the app. It is not used for advertising or to track you across apps or websites. It is kept for as long as the app is in use, then for as long as our accounting and legal obligations require.
Transfers to the United States are covered by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses and, for certified providers, by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
Reminders (milestones, risky hours, weekly review, and one reminder during the trial) are scheduled on your iPhone, with your permission. No server sends them and no notification identifier is collected. You can turn them off at any time in the app's settings or in iPhone Settings.
The help screen suggests a helpline based on the region set on your iPhone, without using your location. If you call, the call goes through your phone: we are not informed of it. In regions with no listed helpline, the app opens the findahelpline.com directory, a third-party website, in your browser.
If you contact us by e-mail or through the site's form, we use your address and your message to reply, and keep them for 12 months after the last exchange.
Deleting the app erases everything it stored on your iPhone; only the trial start date stays in your iCloud storage. For purchase data, write to us: since it does not carry your name, we will need something that lets us find the purchase, such as the order number on Apple's receipt.
You have the right to access, correct and erase your data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability. To exercise these rights, write to lameutedgt@gmail.com; we reply within one month. If you live in the European Union and believe your rights are not respected, you can lodge a complaint with your data protection authority; in France, the CNIL (cnil.fr).
Intact is for people aged 16 and over.
This policy may change, in particular if new features are added to the app. The date at the top of the page shows the version in force.
