These terms govern the use of the Constant: 75 Day Challenge iPhone app ("Constant"). By installing or using the app, you accept them.

Constant helps you see a 75 day challenge through (up to 100 days with Custom). You pick a level: Strict, Medium, Soft or Custom. Every day, a checklist sets out the rules of your level: workouts, diet, alcohol, water, reading, progress photo. The app also gives you a calendar, before/after photos and a gallery, your numbers, a 9:16 share card, an evening reminder and, if you want it, a connection to Apple Health. It works without an account.
Constant is a personal tracking tool. It is not a medical service, nor a personalised training or nutrition programme, and its content does not replace the advice of a health professional.
Some levels are demanding. The Strict level, for example, asks for two 45-minute workouts a day, one of them outdoors, a diet you stick to, no alcohol, 3.8 litres of water, 10 pages of reading and a progress photo. Before starting a demanding fitness or diet challenge, check with a doctor, especially if you have a health condition, are pregnant or are getting back into exercise. Adapt or stop the challenge if your body tells you to. You remain solely responsible for how you train and eat.
The app is for people aged 16 and over. It works without an account: you do not provide an e-mail address or a password. It requires an iPhone compatible with the version published on the App Store.
You get a 7-day free trial with access to every feature. The trial is handled by the app, on your iPhone: no payment method is asked for, there is no commitment, and nothing is charged automatically when the trial ends.
When the trial ends, nothing is erased. These stay free, with no time limit: the counter, today's list, catching up on a day, the evening reminder, and ticking off your daily photo by hand. The other features become paid: the camera with overlay, the gallery, before/after, Apple Health, the share card, the Custom level (including the 100 day challenge), detailed numbers and history.
Three options unlock the paid features. The prices below are prices in France, VAT included; the exact price is the one shown by the App Store in your country, before you buy.
Purchases are not shared with members of a Family Sharing group.
Purchases go through the App Store. Apple collects the payment and handles refund requests, including the right of withdrawal where it applies. You can file a request at reportaproblem.apple.com. We cannot refund an App Store purchase ourselves, but we are happy to help you with the request.
Your challenge is stored on your iPhone and in your iCloud; your photos stay on your iPhone. We have no access to them and cannot restore them: if you delete the app, your photos are deleted with it, unless they are part of a backup of your iPhone. Details are in the privacy policy.
Constant relies on services provided by third parties, under their own terms: Apple's App Store for downloads and purchases, Apple Health if you choose to allow it, iCloud to store your challenge in your Apple account, and RevenueCat, Inc. to check your purchases.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the app for your private use. You agree not to copy, modify, decompile or resell it, and not to bypass its purchase system. Photos and content you share with the share card are shared under your sole responsibility.
The app, its name, its visuals, its texts and its code belong to La Meute Digitale. Constant is an independent app designed by La Meute Digitale; it is not connected to any other 75 day programme or challenge, or to their creators. Apple, iPhone, App Store, Apple Health and iCloud are trademarks of Apple Inc.
The app may change: features can be added, modified or removed. We do our best to keep it available and free of errors, without being able to guarantee it at all times.
Constant is a tracking tool, not a guarantee of results: how you train, what you eat and the decisions you make during the challenge remain yours. To the extent permitted by law, La Meute Digitale cannot be held liable for indirect damages related to the use of the app, or for the consequences of training or eating in a way that does not suit your health. Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have as a consumer, including the legal guarantee of conformity where it applies.
These terms are between you and La Meute Digitale, not with Apple. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content, and has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for it.
These terms may be updated. The date at the top of the page shows the version in force. If you keep using the app after an update, you accept the new version.
These terms are governed by French law. If you live in another country, you keep the protection of that country's mandatory rules. If something goes wrong, write to us first: most problems are solved by a simple exchange. You may also use a consumer mediator free of charge (articles L.611-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code); their contact details are available on request. Failing an amicable agreement, the competent courts are those designated by law.
