This policy describes the data processed when you use the Constant: 75 Day Challenge iPhone app.
No account. No name, no e-mail address, no password.
No server of ours. Your challenge is stored on your iPhone and in your iCloud; your photos stay on your iPhone. We have no access to them.
No ads, no tracking. No advertising trackers, no tracking cookies, no advertising identifier.
Only one thing leaves your phone, never your challenge or your photos: the check on your purchases.

Your challenge (level, start date, rules), the boxes you tick and the water you log are stored on your iPhone. If you are signed in to iCloud, they are also saved in iCloud key-value storage, tied to your Apple account, so you can get them back after reinstalling or on another iPhone. That storage is yours, managed by Apple: La Meute Digitale has no access to it.
Progress photos taken in the app are saved in the app's folder on your iPhone. They are never sent anywhere else, neither to us nor to any provider. If your iPhone's iCloud Backup is turned on, they are included in it, like the rest of your apps' content; that backup is managed by Apple, according to your settings. Deleting the app deletes these photos from the iPhone.
The share card is created on your iPhone; it only leaves the device if you choose to share it.
You are asked for access to Apple Health the first time you use a feature that needs it. If you allow it, Constant reads your workouts, steps and logged water, and writes to Apple Health the water you add in the app. This data stays on your iPhone: the app does not copy it to iCloud and does not send it to us. In line with Apple's HealthKit rules, it is never sold, used for advertising or shared with third parties. You can withdraw this permission at any time in the Health app or in iPhone Settings.
The camera is only used if you allow it, to take your progress photos. The evening reminder is a notification scheduled on your iPhone, with your permission: no server sends it and no notification identifier is collected. You can withdraw these permissions at any time in iPhone Settings.

This data does not carry your name and contains nothing from your challenge, your photos or your health data. It is not used for advertising or to track you across apps or websites: Constant does not use the advertising identifier (IDFA) and therefore never asks for permission to track you. It is kept for as long as the app is in use, then for as long as our accounting and legal obligations require.
Transfers to the United States are covered by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses and, for certified providers, by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
If you contact us by e-mail or through the site's form, we use your address and your message to reply, and keep them for 12 months after the last exchange.
Deleting the app erases what it stored on your iPhone, photos included. Your challenge data saved in iCloud stays there, in your Apple account; it contains no photos. The data the app wrote to Apple Health is managed from the Health app. For purchase data, write to us: since it does not carry your name, we will need something that lets us find the purchase, such as the order number on Apple's receipt.
You have the right to access, correct and erase your data, to restrict or object to its processing, to data portability, and to withdraw your consent at any time. To exercise these rights, write to lameutedgt@gmail.com; we reply within one month. If you live in the European Union and believe your rights are not respected, you can lodge a complaint with your data protection authority; in France, the CNIL (cnil.fr).
Constant is not intended for people under 16.
This policy may change, in particular if new features are added to the app. The date at the top of the page shows the version in force.
